Use

Full body bath:
Dissolve 250–500 g of salt in warm water in the bathtub.

Foot bath:
Dissolve about 2 tablespoons of salt in a container of warm water.

The recommended bath time is 15–20 minutes.
After bathing, rinse gently with lukewarm water.
