Use

Add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp or an appropriate amount to a diffuser or inhalation stick.
Can also be used for direct inhalation.

Do not use undiluted on skin. Protect eyes and keep out of reach of children.

This is a naturally solidifying oil, which is a sign of its high quality. When solidified, the oil can be gently heated in a water bath.
