Peat bath containing valuable humic acids brings the proven effects of spa therapy directly to your home. Thanks to the practical packaging, you can treat yourself to a regenerating peat bath without having to visit a spa.

Pleasantly relaxing heat in combination with active humic (organic) acids has an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral effect, binds stress hormones and toxic substances. The bath helps to relieve muscle spasms, promotes blood circulation in the tissues and contributes to the overall regeneration of the body and good mood.

A peat bath is especially suitable for musculoskeletal pain, arthrosis and for the care of problematic skin.

Use – bath

Add the contents of the package to 100–150 l of water at a temperature of 37–38 °C and mix thoroughly.
After a 15-minute bath , take a shower and we recommend resting in a warm bed for about 20 minutes .

Use – face mask

Apply a thin layer of peat to your face, avoiding your eyes and mouth.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes , then rinse and apply moisturizer.

Important notice

– if it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse with clean water.
– not suitable for hydromassage bathtubs (risk of nozzle clogging)
– can be safely disposed of in regular waste
