Origin and composition

Karlovy Vary hot spring salt is made from original thermal water from Karlovy Vary. The evaporation process creates a pure mineral powder containing more than 25 minerals and trace elements naturally found in hot spring water, including sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chlorides, sulfates and other substances important for the balance of the body.

Thanks to the preservation of the original mineral profile, the prepared drink has a comparable character to a drinking cure from spa springs.

How to prepare a homemade drinking cure

Dissolve 3 g of salt (1 scoop) in 250 ml of warm water .
Drink slowly, ideally 30 minutes before meals .

Recommended use: 2–3 times a day or as recommended by a specialist.
For a milder taste and to reduce the pronounced alkalinity, warm, slightly sparkling water can be used.
