Use

Bath in the bathtub:
Mix about 8 tablespoons of salt in pleasantly warm water.

Foot bath:
Mix about 3 tablespoons of salt in warm water.

The recommended bath time is 15–20 minutes.
After a bath, compress or wrap, rinse with lukewarm water.

Notice

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs.
